Liked the convenient location, close to historical center, railway station and Elbe River. Many restaurants and cafes in the area, making it easy to find a good place to eat. the breakfast was delicious and diverse, with lots of options to choose from.
Disliked the weak Wi-Fi connection in the bedroom, it was barely usable which made it difficult to work. the room could have been cleaned better, there were spider webs near the bed.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the Altstadt. I could easily explore the historical center, the railway station, and even the beautiful Elbe River, all within a short distance. The hotel's building and rooms had a romantic charm, with well-preserved old-fashioned furniture, carpets, and wall pictures. Everything was clean and tidy, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and diverse, offering a great start to my day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their good command of English made communication easy. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is in a great location amidst historic landmarks and a variety of dining options. It also offers a convenient base with nearby transportation options. the rooms are beautifully decorated with preserved furniture and carpets, giving them a romantic vibe. the friendly English-speaking staff, diverse and delicious breakfast, and reliable Wi-Fi are all pluses.
Some guests have noticed a lack of hospitality from the reception staff.

During the New Year, we had a great time at the hotel. The location was fantastic right in the heart of the city with ample cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were impressively romantic, you can see the attention to detail in the old-fashioned equipment, carpets, and wall pictures. The breakfast served was delightful, and we were delighted by the friendly and helpful staff.
It was a little disappointing that the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and limited mostly to the reception area. The staff member was not very welcoming, which was a bit of a disadvantage, and the price seemed slightly steep for what we received.
